•     We require this information to ensure you receive the magazines for which you have paid.
•     Your personal information will only be used in mattes relating to PenCambria magazine or subscription purchase.

PenCambria is financed solely by sales of and subscriptions and donations to the magazine. We do not take commercial advertising and, apart from allowing the writers to mention their sources, including their their own works, we do not take part in directing or indirect marketing of any other products.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request that your personal information and contact details may be removed from our database at any time and can be sure that this will be done as soon as the request is received.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a printed copy of the information held on you please write to Gay Roberts, Cilhaul, Tylwch, Llanidloes, Powys, SY18 6QX. A small fee will be payable to cover costs and postage.

If we should at some time in the future wish to conduct a readership survey this will be done by insertion in the the magazine. If you should be contacted for any kind of request or survey on line by anyone claiming to represent PenCambria, you are advised not to respond as they will not be authorised by us.
